![]() ![]() There are so many things we can’t control. And that brought a lot of things into perspective. Then I talked to a friend who gave me some news. I had already thought a lot about my opening for this episode and was pretty clear how I was going to frame this conversation. I was lucky in being sick not once but twice to know that any day could be my last day even though I was too young for that to generally be happening when you sort of know this could be your last day, you can do an assessment at the end of the day and say, "How do I feel about the kind of person I am and how I spent my time and do I want to do, do I feel good about that? Do I want to do more of that or isn't that not how I would want my last day to be?"
